As a team, we are committed to empowering learners, educators, and organizations with the tools they need to succeed in the ever-evolving world of education. This handbook serves as a guide to understanding our values, our approach to eLearning, and the impact we hope to achieve. Join us as we continue to revolutionize the way learning is delivered and experienced!
At eLearning Kings, we provide end-to-end eLearning services crafted for today’s digital age. Whether you're an individual, a business, a school, or a government agency, we’ve built our solutions to scale with your needs. We focus on four core service areas:
To align learning with real goals and results.
Fully managed or self-hosted, scalable platforms.
To turn ideas and static materials into interactive, learner-focused experiences.
To help you launch or scale with confidence. We don't just deliver tech—we deliver results that last.
We believe education should evolve with the world around it. In today’s fast-paced, digital-first landscape, traditional approaches just don’t cut it. That’s why we’re here: to build learning experiences that are as dynamic and personalized as the people who use them.
Education isn’t one-size-fits-all - it’s personal. And when it's done right, it unlocks potential in ways nothing else can. So whether you’re a teacher in search of fresh tools, a learner striving to grow, or an organization aiming to train at scale, we’ve got your back.
At eLearning Kings, we’re shaping the future of learning, one digital experience at a time. Because how we learn today determines how we lead tomorrow.
It all started with a science fair project—but not just any project. In 2010, as students at the Grenada Seventh-day Adventist Comprehensive School, Elroy Jones and Kendell Daniel were selected to represent their school in a UNESCO-hosted science fair. What they created, MaTriTech, was a playful and powerful blend of animated tutorials and games designed to help students learn math through interaction. Not only did they win the national competition—they caught the attention of educators and tech pros alike. (Insert picture of Elroy and Kendell in Science Fair)
That early win didn’t fade—it fueled us. Through college and university, we deepened our knowledge in computing, education, and entrepreneurship. Our projects became more ambitious, and our belief in the power of digital learning only grew stronger. Looking back, our final-year projects all pointed in one direction—eLearning. The spark had turned into a calling.
After graduation, we linked up with classmates and local IT pros, pooling our skills for real-world projects in Grenada. One standout opportunity: developing interactive training modules for the EU’s local alternative energy awareness initiative. The impact was tangible, and the feedback reminded us—we weren’t just building tech, we were changing lives.
Before we were even legally a business, we were already dreaming big, building demos, pitching services, and even crafting our first website. I still remember the day we scraped together $22 by selling almonds to buy our first domain: topelearning.co (RIP). That tiny investment felt massive at the time. It wasn’t about the money—it was about proving to ourselves we could do this. Soon after, we officially registered our first company: Top eLearning Software and Technology (TEST).
In 2015, we stepped into a new identity 'eLearning Kings'. We weren’t just selling content anymore; we were building experiences. Leaders. Creators. Innovators. The new name reflected our ambition to be the region’s go-to source for bold, interactive learning solutions that really moved the needle.
Selected for the ICT Innovation Grant Program backed by the World Bank. This was a launchpad, equipping us with funding, workspace, and belief.
We opened our dedicated office space and studio in Pearls, St. Andrew—a space designed for high-quality content production, creative development, and team collaboration.
We were honored with the Earl Brathwaite Award for Excellence in the Application of Digital Technology by the GCIC. It wasn’t just a win—it was recognition of our place in the national innovation ecosystem.
Today, eLearning Kings is a thriving, mission-driven platform pushing the boundaries of what education can be. Our future is all about scale, impact, and inspiration. We’re building tools and spaces that tomorrow’s tech-savvy talent wants to be part of.
Our values aren’t buzzwords—they’re the behaviors and beliefs that guide how we show up every day.
Integrity
Do the right thing, even when it’s hard.
Innovation
Stay curious. Build boldly. Improve constantly.
Collaboration
Great ideas become greater when we build them together.
Excellence
Raise the bar. Then raise it again.
We’re not just colleagues—we’re co-creators. We brainstorm out loud. We challenge respectfully. We support openly. Our environment thrives on open communication, trust, and shared wins. Whether you’re designing a learning module, testing a platform, or managing a client rollout, your ideas matter here.
We’re better when we bring different perspectives to the table. From how we hire to how we design content, we’re intentional about creating inclusive, equitable spaces where every voice feels valued and empowered.
We believe in ambition, but not burnout. Our culture respects boundaries, encourages rest, and champions flexibility—so you can bring your best to both work and life.
A shared love for creativity, tech, and education, and a simple belief that learning could be more fun, more human, and more effective.
We saw learners zoning out in traditional classrooms and professionals struggling with outdated training. We knew there had to be a better way to teach, and we wanted to build it.
From student projects to sleepless nights writing code, testing prototypes, and dreaming up what’s next, it wasn’t always easy. But every challenge pushed us closer to our purpose.
It was small. It was scrappy. But it worked, and learners loved it.
Limited resources, self-doubt, and figuring it out as we went.
Winning our first national award for digital innovation, and realizing this wasn’t just a hobby. It was a movement.
Mentors, teammates, early clients, and even critics. Every single one left a mark. They made us sharper, more grounded, and more ready than ever to lead in this space. So if you’re someone who gets fired up by creativity, driven by purpose, and obsessed with building what’s next—you’re in the right place.
From classroom teachers using our tools to make learning click, to early adopters who helped us test new features before launch—our story is filled with people who believed in what we were building. One of our first pilot users, a rural educator, used our modules to help her students pass national exams with flying colors. Their success became our success. Mentors and teachers along the way reminded us to stay grounded while thinking big. One teacher’s feedback on our first prototype changed how we approached engagement forever: “You’re not just building software—you’re shaping minds.” Every learner who found confidence, every team member who pushed us forward—these stories aren’t side notes. They are the chapters of eLearning Kings.
Learning in the digital age shouldn’t feel like a chore—it should feel like possibility. At eLearning Kings, we believe learning should be:
What sets us apart? We design for the learner first. Not just flashy tech, but thoughtful experiences built around how people actually learn. That’s why our platforms are built for exploration, reflection, and celebration.
We’re not here to sell a product, we’re here to spark change. We believe in:
Our goal? A global learning ecosystem fueled by collaboration, not competition.
We grow because we’re obsessed with learning—just like our users. Whether it’s a failed prototype that taught us more than we expected, or a team brainstorm that turned into a new feature—curiosity drives us.
Our team shares what they’re reading, builds passion projects, and takes time to experiment. That culture of “what if?” is what keeps us sharp.
A day in the life at eLearning Kings? It’s a blend of code and creativity, storyboarding and Slack threads. We use the same tools we build—testing our products in real-world workflows.
Our team is agile, collaborative, and always asking: How can we make this simpler, smarter, or more joyful for our users?
Yes, we face challenges—balancing pedagogy with tech, staying agile while growing. But that’s the sweet spot where innovation happens.
Looking ahead, our roadmap is both ambitious and deeply human. In the next 5–10 years, we envision:
Whether you join as a client, a collaborator, or a contributor—you’re part of something meaningful.
We’re not just a company. We’re a community-led movement. From beta testers to longtime partners, every suggestion and success story helped shape our platform.
We spotlight user wins, feature educator innovations, and share what we learn together. Our growth has always been powered by the people we serve.
This isn’t a one-way street. Here’s how you can plug in:
We believe education is a lifelong journey. Let’s walk it together. Welcome aboard.
